EnKash is so far the best startup I have worked with, and my first in the FinTech space. There is no limit for the Individual growth opportunities even at mid-level positions as the fintech revolution in B2B space is at a very nascent stage in India.

As a Product Manager, It is critical to have a work culture which enables collaboration across teams and that has been a precedent right from the time I came onboard. Approachable senior management and their support is highly commendable.

Data and metric driven roadmap planning, collaborative decision making, supportive leadership allows immense room for creative thinking and due credit is given for meritorious work.

Overall, the experience so far has been enjoyable with friendly and fun work culture, vibrant offices and great colleagues.

There was a recent change of management within our team and my manager got moved to a different team altogether.But what clearly didn’t change is his care and acknowledgement of our efforts!Not just that, he also got onto a call with our team’s current management and elucidated all our past efforts like a parent or alma mater would do for their child!
